The Analysis

Today I looked in the mirror. It was a sideways glance like it has been for the last few weeks. I didn't stare... because then it would start. The "analysis". Where I analyze everything that's wrong, wanting to fix it... and then cry realizing it "probably wouldn't make a difference even if I tried". Because what's wrong with me isn't how I look, it's how I FEEL.
I don't believe in loving yourself. I think that's a fantasy and a fallacy of what we are taught as children. At the end of the day, we are told to love ourselves because that might be the only love we ever receive. So we are taught to be happy with it. The love inside me is not
